Dear HPRMS Members and Friends,
Because healthcare has become such a prominent issue in the upcoming presidential debates this year, I think it is important for HPRMS to be involved
in the national debate. So we will be planning a series of topical programs with guest speakers who will be addressing a number of significant issues that can affect all of us.
I believe we should also continue to take a look at current trends in a number
of areas, such as electronic marketing, quality of care and patient safety. Another area that we plan to cover will include video highlights from some
of the most recent award-winning healthcare community and advocacy media campaigns from around the country.
These are some of the programs and events that we will be offering our
HPRMS members and friends who work and consult to hospitals, healthcare systems and networks, the pharmaceutical industry, health care and medical non-profit organizations and home health care agencies.
Our organization has an open door policy and encourages your thoughts and comments. Beginning this fall, we will provide an information-based website
and a series of educational programs and networking events.
In the tradition of HPRMS we will be hosting a forum of ideas and sharing the newest and best in healthcare practices for all of us to draw on, so we can better handle timely issues in the coming year.
