NEW MEMBERS - Please be sure to fill out the Become A Member Form first.

HPRMS will activate your membership once your membership payment is received.  You will be notified by e-mail when your account is activated. 

ACTIVE MEMBERS - If you are an active member and are unable to log in, please be sure you have submitted the online Become A Member Form to create your login/password. HPRMS will activate your online membership account within 48 hours, once your active membership status is verified.
